Terms & Conditions of Sale — Sixonetwo Ltd
1. Definitions
1.1 “Buyer”, “you” and “your” means the person or business purchasing Goods from Sixonetwo Ltd.
1.2 “Seller”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Sixonetwo Ltd.
1.3 “Consumer” means an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade or business.
1.4 “Business Customer” means any Buyer purchasing for commercial use or resale.
1.5 “Goods” means wheels, tyres, accessories and related products supplied by the Seller.
2. Basis of Contract
2.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a Consumer.
2.2 These Terms govern all sales made by the Seller and override any other communication from the Buyer.
2.3 Any changes to these Terms must be agreed in writing.
2.4 By placing an order or accepting delivery, you agree to these Terms.
3. Website Orders
3.1 Images and descriptions on the website are for guidance only; minor variations may occur.
3.2 Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we email confirmation of dispatch.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices shown online include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment must be made in full before dispatch for all Consumer orders.
4.3 Business Customer payment terms are as agreed, but no longer than 30 days from invoice.
4.4 If the price changes between order and dispatch, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.
4.5 If any insolvency event occurs, all sums owed become immediately due.
4.6 Interest on Overdue Invoices (Business Customers)
Interest may be charged on overdue invoices at 2% above the NatWest base lending rate per calendar month until payment is made in full.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery dates are estimates only; time is not of the essence.
5.2 We are not liable for losses arising from late delivery.
5.3 Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery.
5.4 Please inspect Goods promptly and notify us of any transit damage within 48 hours.
6. Fitment and Suitability
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring Goods are compatible with your vehicle unless we have confirmed fitment in writing.
6.2 Once tyres are fitted to wheels, the Goods cannot be returned for change of mind.
6.3 Warranty does not cover incorrect fitment, kerbing, stone-chips, neglect or third-party damage.
7. Returns and Cancellations — Business Customers
7.1 Returns are accepted only with prior agreement.
7.2 A restocking charge may apply.
7.3 Special-order or correctly supplied parts cannot be returned.
7.4 Wheels with tyres fitted cannot be returned except where faulty.
7.5 Goods must be returned with adequate packaging; damage caused by poor packaging may be charged.
8. Cancellation & Returns — Consumers (Online Orders Only)
8.1 If you are a Consumer purchasing online, you have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel your order.
8.2 You must notify us by email or via our returns process within this cancellation period.
8.3 After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the Goods.
8.4 Goods must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for their care while in your possession.
8.5 We may deduct for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check suitability.
8.6 We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the Goods back (or proof of posting).
8.7 We refund the standard outbound delivery cost, but not premium delivery options.
8.8 You are responsible for return postage unless Goods are faulty.
8.9 Your cancellation right does not apply to:

customised or special-order items,
-
wheels that have had tyres fitted,
-
Goods not returned in resaleable condition.
8.10 Your statutory rights still apply if the Goods are faulty.
9. Faulty Goods (Consumers & Businesses)
9.1 Please contact us promptly if you believe Goods are faulty.
9.2 Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply (including the 30-day rejection period).
9.3 Business Customer remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.
9.4 Goods must be preserved with original packaging for inspection.
10. Warranty
10.1 Our standard structural warranty is 12 months.
10.2 Polished and diamond-cut finishes carry a 6-month warranty.
10.3 Warranty does not cover kerbing, stone-chips, neglect, improper torque, misuse or road hazards.
10.4 Wheels must be returned for inspection before replacement.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11.3 Business Customer liability is limited to the price of the Goods.
12. Complaints
12.1 If you have a complaint, please contact us and we will aim to respond within 5 working days.
12.2 All complaints are handled fairly and confidentially.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, transport issues, supplier failure or technical problems. Obligations resume once the event ends.
14. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights or remedies.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
